Our pressing workshop can produce epoxy carbon or glass sheet to custom lay-ups with standard or special resins in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 50mm, size 800 x 600mm in large or small batches.
We also have presses for the manufacture of mouldings and sheet up to 200 x 150 x 3600mm. These presses have been specially made for the manufacture of composite beams and supports for many different applications.
In our CNC routing workshop we specialise in routing, drilling, reaming, countersinking, threading and grinding of mouldings, sheet and tubes. We can fit inserts, metal or composite fittings and any form of attachments onto or into mouldings.
We can cut material up to 4000mm x 2000mm in X and Y-axis and 200mm in Z-axis. In our dedicated workshop we make most of our compression tools from 2D or 3D CAD programmes. This gives us the control over the exacting fit of compression tooling to obtain good finish time after time.
