We have produced many different types of rigid beam for industrial applications for flexographic printing, film and TV and lightweight equipment for the repair of conveyor belts. We have manufactured aerofoil and hydrofoil mouldings for development and prototype work.
We have cut and machined a wide range of flat carbon sheet components for motor racing, satellites, robots for nuclear de-commissioning and particularly for manufacturers of radio controlled model helicopters and cars.
We also route rigid plastics, MDF and some metals.

These pictures show various parts of a carbon fibre chambered doctor blade used in the flexographic and gravure printing industries.
Inserts and fittings can be clearly seen incorporated into the mouldings to meet customers design requirements.

The middle picture shows a circular component 450mm diameter made from 50mm thick plate. This part was made for a UK scientific institution as part of a connection in a large piece of equipment.
Picture at far right shows a sump stiffening plate for a racing engine.
Picture shows solid carbon fibre rudder stocks made for Green Marine of Lymington Hampshire.
These were then built into complete rudders and fitted on to the Hugo Boss Open 60 Racing Yacht used in the Barcelona World Race.
The yacht achieved second place sailed by Alex Thompson and Andrew Cape.
Pictures show machining work carried out on flat sheet and tube for a set of 3 off 13 section telescopic carbon fibre boom for a UK satellite manufacturer.
